Monthly Bird Walk

The Sacramento River Discovery Center for our Monthly Bird Walk every 2nd Saturday of the month. Birders should plan to meet Dr. Dahnke at the parking area near the Center (1000 Sale Lane) at 8:00am. 

There is a lot of activity at the Red Bluff Recreation Area. A caution, as always, if you spot a nest, please watch the activity from a reasonable distance – Binoculars are good for a close and safe observation. The Weather Folks are predicting a hot one, so, don't forget your hats and water. Grab your binoculars and join us! While not strictly birdwatching, there are a multitude of beautiful butterflies and other wildlife. Take a walk on any of our multiple trails. Share your pictures of your viewings!
